How long does shipping take?

After order confirmation, items ship within 1-2 business days, and average delivery takes 2-4 days. After shipping, we send the tracking number by text message.

How do I request a refund?

Apply within 7 days of receipt. If the package is unopened, you get a full refund with no return shipping cost; if opened, a partial refund is possible after a defect check. Processing takes about 3 days on average after you apply.
